Exchange or return conditions
Payment for a gift certificate may be refunded within 14 calendar days from the date of purchase, provided that the certificate has not been activated or used.
Refunds are issued exclusively to the person who made the payment.
A certificate is considered activated once it has been used or a visit date has been scheduled.
After activation, the gift certificate is non-refundable.
A gift certificate cannot be exchanged for cash after activation.
To process a refund request, the following information must be provided:
- gift certificate number or photo;
- full name of the person who made the payment;
- phone number provided during the purchase;
- proof of payment (receipt, screenshot, or bank statement);
- refund details — the card number used for payment (in case of online payment via MonoPay), or IBAN (in case of payment by bank transfer).
Refunds are made using the same method as the original payment: to the card — if payment was made online via MonoPay, or to the specified IBAN — if payment was made by bank transfer.

Refund processing time:
In case of an approved refund, funds transferred via bank transfer are usually credited within 5 banking days, depending on the recipient’s bank.
