Payment and Delivery
Payment Methods
We offer several payment methods for gift certificates:
- online payment by Visa / Mastercard bank cards;
- Apple Pay;
- Google Pay;
- payment via IBAN bank transfer;
- payment through payment services available during checkout;
- cashless or cash payment during pickup (upon prior arrangement).
Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, and Google Pay logos are displayed in the website footer.
Electronic Certificate Delivery
Electronic gift certificates are sent after payment confirmation via:
- email;
- Telegram;
- Viber;
- or another agreed messenger.
In most cases, electronic certificates are delivered during the salon’s business hours.
Physical Certificate Delivery
Physical gift certificates can be:
- picked up personally;
- delivered across Ukraine via Nova Poshta.
Delivery cost:
- according to Nova Poshta rates;
- minimum delivery cost starts from 80 UAH depending on the region and delivery method.
Free Delivery
Free delivery of physical gift certificates across Ukraine is available for orders with a certificate value starting from 10,000 UAH.
Free delivery applies to shipments via Nova Poshta to a branch or parcel locker.
Order Processing Time
Orders are processed daily during the salon’s business hours.
The preparation and delivery time of the certificate depends on the selected delivery format and order method.
